Hello new mommies, here is
my first blog rather you can say my scribble (as I'm not good when it comes to
writing) on Baby B's 1st BDay!
I'm sure you mommies out
there, would have many thoughts running in your mind to make your Baby’s 1st Bday
a BIG one. Likely even I had similar plans until I experienced Baby B becoming
cranky while he saw too many people trying to talk and cuddle him on his Naming
Ceremony Day and that made me think if it’s worth putting my baby into that
uncomfortable zone and celebrate his D Day? What’d you say!?
Still as a Mother I wanted
to make this day Very Special for him and do things where his happiness lies
The BEST feeling for
any Mother is to see her Baby's Happiness first
Do you agree Mommies???
Here are some of the
tiniest amenities/gestures I did to make Baby B happy (as it’s quite easy to
make a Baby happy unlike Adults who are materialistic)
o Firstly
I started to list down the things what Baby B likes the most, the Top pick was
Ball and Balloons, and He just enjoys playing with it.
o
As I said earlier Baby B (in fact
most of the kids) doesn't like too many people's attention, so I decided to
host a small party with only the dear & loved ones, by doing this I just
made sure we were in our comfort zone.
o There
is no price for guessing the Theme; hands down I had to go with the Ball theme,
because Baby B just loves the "Baaaa". (The way Baby B pronounces
ball)
o
And also I love personal touch in
anything & everything I do, hence the cake, cup cake toppers, centre table
piece, Bday Banners, backdrop, photo booth, balloons and the return gift bags
were personalised as per the ball Theme. Here are the few clicks.
o Let’s
also talk about the attire for the occasion (as that's by forte). As mothers,
we would want our babies to look special on their D day; hence we tend to dress
them up a bit too much which might make them uncomfortable. So, I made sure
Baby B was dressed in Lenin white shirt, denims, bow tie and shoes, which he
wore comfortably without fussing around and yet looked dapper. Take a glimpse
of his look.
o Lastly,
we all love to treasure these beautiful memories forever. Don’t we? So, what
better than capturing every single moment as happy as it is, hence I chose
candid photography. To give in more details on this, for baby B’s first, we
conceptualised indoor/outdoor photo shoot, cake smash (which is a must) and the
entire lunch event was covered. And my
special thanks go to @karthik salanke for capturing our beautiful moments.
This was my little big
man’s first birthday and I must say thoroughly enjoyed the whole course of
planning (even the minute details) and executing his BIG day.
Love and treasure each
moments while you experience it mommies!!
I bid adios only to return
with many more beautiful moments.

Much Love,
Swetha
